Great service, thank you Bensons Beds Kendal.

Going into Bensons is like entering a magical world. All of the beds on display are new worlds to discover.
Soft, medium, firm and even extra firm ....is there no end to the choice. A spell was cast over me as I lay in ecstasy on the mattress of my dreams.
In all fairness its a shop full of beds, good choice, helpful staff and fast delivery times.;

Don't use this company.
placed a order in Jan for delivery 27th July only to be told that it has been taken off the delivery van and can't tell me why.
Didn't even tell me, I had to call to fine this out the day before now I don't know when we will get it.
Customer service is useless and the warehouse that is suppose to be open 9am - 5pm only to find them closed at 4.40pm.
Still don't know it is not being delivered

Thank you to the staff of Bedson beds for making our visit enjoyable, friendly, unpressured and understanding what we were looking for. The choice of beds is quite something with beds to suit everyone. We’re looking forward to the delivery of our choice of bed. It was lovely to get to know the young lady who served us. She made the choice very easy, took plenty of time to talk us through the stock. Hope we meet you again in town.

We have been looking for 3 beds and mattresses for ourselves and children and have been in many shops. Finally went to Bensons For Beds in Leamington Spa and after 6 years since we bought previous mattress we have been served by the same person we've had great experience, Richard.
This time was exactly the same, very polite, helpful, spent lot of time to find everything that we have in our minds and offered great discounts.
We can't recommend him enough.

I got the worst experience of all I bought 2 beds from Benson for beds for 2 adults and 2 kids, the initial delivery time was for weeks but took over 5 months to arrive. When it arrived it was wrong size and wrong colour completely not the same bed I paid for. I went to Benson for Beds they said these are the beds you choose and need to pay another £400 to give you the one your saying.
I checked my invoice the code number of the product I choose was the same I was talking about I was right they were wrong they don't want to listen it is upslotley unacceptable. The dont even feel embarrassed stealing customers money unlawfully. I dont recommend Benson for beds to anyone.

We were treated in a friendly and respectful manner and felt our requirements were considered and not rushed or pressured to make a quick decision.

Ordered a bed early April, and was told in store it would be 6 to 8 weeks as it wasn't stock, it would be made to order. When we checked the emailed invoice later, it said 10 weeks, with delivery early June. Bit disappointed, but not too bad.
The week prior to delivery they sent several reminder, and allowed us to book an AM or PM slot. However, the day of delivery, we received a call from the delivery driver would told us he had only been given the headboard, and not the base, so did we want the headboard, or would we rather wait for it to be delivered all together. We requested all together, so he told us to ring the store, as he couldn't get hold of anyone in warehouse. We struggled to get hold of anyone, but finally got told they'd look into it. The next day we got a text saying that we had been booked onto the next available delivery slot, which due to stock and delivery drivers, would be early July.
Day of delivery arrives, and would you believe it, they have the base and no headboard. We accepted the base, so we could have something to sleep on. They arranged for the headboard to be delivered 2 and half weeks later, on an Am slot.
No delivery arrives. Call up and finally get through to be told they had some issues, but will deliver it before 6pm, and give a ring half hour before delivery. It is now gone 6pm, and no one has rung.
It has gone from 8 weeks to 16 weeks, Bensons have been horrendous with communication, and don't seem to be apologetic at all.
I would never order from them again. Even their delivery driver said he wouldn't ever order from them.

No mess delivery. Delivered on the agerrf date and brought upstairs for us.

Excellent sales rep called Phil didn’t over bother us, left us to browse. Made us both feel at ease at trying the mattresses. The on line application for interest free credit was a breeze
Pleasantly surprised at prices ended up also buying a bed and two bedside tables - the Jackson range (shame no wardrobe and drawers to match but loved them so bought anyway) great experience and would recommend

I needed to buy a basic bed frame but a comfortable and firm mattress, and the sales assistant showed me the ones in my price range and was very helpful. Very straightforward process and happy with the delivery date given.

I found the online process for picking a new bed was amazing, it was so quick and easy, stress free

We received great customer service and support/advice when we went to purchase our new bed. Thank you to the manager for his help and understanding, very grateful.

The service we received was first class from our first visit to returning to make our purchase.
